Clippers ask superfan ‘Clipper Darrell’ to lose their name. What would you do if you just loved your team so much that you were just known as Clipper Darrell.
Anyone can be a fan of a winning team. The fans that support the losing team no matter what are the special ones. Clipper Darrell is one of the most obsessed fans I have ever seen. Have you seen his car? I know they are just asking him to stop being Clipper Darrell, but its the fact they had no issue with him being this for 15 years and now that they are the “In thing” and he is supporting “Lob City” it’s different.
I don’t know how I would feel if UCF told me to take the UCF off of my Twitter handle. I can understand how Clipper Darrell must feel - devasted is one of them.
